Green
Silk Shirt
There’s nothing quite like a vintage silk shirt. $6 you say? Sure
I say, and back carefully out of the store with the steal of the
century. It took a month and an ocean to unite it with the thing I
imagined it with, ‘thing’ as in the trousers I made out of some found
Indian fabric a little while back. ’Twas everything I thought it would
be.
There’s nothing quite like a green so deep and changing you could become a forest after the rain.
There’s nothing, actually that’s it. Nothing more than it sounds like rain sticks outside my window, it’s quite lovely.

MOD
In Full Colour
It was a summer of much colour (and I didn’t lose the ‘u’ over the
Atlantic), and of a love affair with polo shirts and pre-loved
clothing. I guess a lot of the point of the polo shirt is the collar,
so a turban style works very well (as does polo-neck/turtle neck
layering). I picked up this very very blue Fred Perry shirt from
Buffalo Exchange which is essentially a store full of well picked
pre-loved clothing.
